This property is conveniently located 15 min to the nearest town, 10min to a beautiful lake,and close to the beautiful Rubicon river and in a quiet, serene location surrounded by a plethora of oak and pine trees. The location is approximately 45 minutes from Auburn or Placerville up in the mountains.
