Summary Purchase Protocol’
1 Place an order.
2.. With that order provide License, Name of the underlying License holder. Certificate of Good Standing for the entity on the License.
3. When order is placed we will provide an invoice with purchase terms. .
4. 35% deposit when order is placed and invoice is received. Order will not be processed until deposit is received.
5. Lead time will be provided when order is placed
6. When order is ready buyer can do a spot purchase and pickup the product with our COAs or come to The Farm with buyers own testing personal.. Test samples are pulled and product quarantined. .
7. Test to be conducted by buyer at a State Lab approved by Amalgamated.
8. No Pesticide Cat 2 is warranted by Amalgamated
9.. If not found to have no pesticides (it will be) we refund the deposit less the quarantine charge or replace the product
10. After testing buyer pays the balance and takes the Trim.
11. We reserve the right to approve buyers choice of testing facility and review their last calibration report.
